I appreciate a person who is always looking for some coupons. Lilly knows saving money on groceries means more money spent on her and her brother.





I do have to say that I love walking around the corner to find my kids imitating adults..there is nothing better than an unexpected chuckle.

Clearance

We all know you buy the the necessities for the winter in the summer because they are on clearance. But I personally like how they become new and exciting toys to keep toddlers busy.




I guess in the heat we have been having, they could also be used has sun shades too.

In the near future...

No specifics will be given(at this time)on when exactly potty training is happening...only that it will be attempted this summer.

Any suggestions?

Anybody want to actually potty train my children and I will pay them?

"Mama...BIG BALLOON"

We really couldn't have asked for a better view eating breakfast while the Hot Air Balloon Classic happened over a week ago. This really made Lilly's entire week.



I think we heard the phrase, "Mama...Dada...BIG BALLOON" over a hundred times from Lilly in that 15 minute breakfast. I believe it might be the only thing she said. See proof in the video.




Great shot right here that Amy captured as a balloon was landing right in front of their house. As you can see...Micah and Lilly were there watching the action. They stuck together the entire morning playing and making up games all revolving around the big balloons. There is nothing that makes Drew and Lilly happier than time with their cousins.


It has been weeks, and Lilly still looks out the breakfast window for the BIG BALLOONS. Next year we will have to wander on over and see them up close. That will be a whole new type of big for Lilly. But will she be any taller? Probably not is my guess.

But we are back and relaxed now....

So the Petersen family might go missing for a while in the next few weeks due to sick kids, my computer's charge cord officially breaking(thanks Drew), busy schedules, and Todd getting surgery.
