The Deal Finder
I appreciate a person who is always looking for some coupons. Lilly knows saving money on groceries means more money spent on her and her brother.

I do have to say that I love walking around the corner to find my kids imitating adults..there is nothing better than an unexpected chuckle.

An addition to Lilly's room
NO...the addition is not a new or future sibling.
So traditionally girls tend to have more clothes than boys. I said traditionally. So we happened to come across this hand-me-down dresser from my aunt and TA DA...Lilly now can actually have all of her clothes in her room.

My kids have figured out another use for the dresser. Big surprise.

They did this all by themselves and yelled, "You count Hide and Seek"

We played hide and seek 100 times(it seemed like) and every time I opened the dresser, they yelled "surprise"

As fun as 100 times of hide and seek is...the dresser now has shelves.

Forgotten Thanksgiving Photos
This picture is entertaining on so many levels. First off, it's like a paparazzi picture for Justin Timberlake here(my brother Mattie)who's half waving hi, and half covering his face for privacy. Secondly, my daughter who begged to ride the choo choo in the mall(should have learned from train town, right?) is pleading to get off. And lastly, because no matter what the circumstances, my mom is always trying to have fun and then in turn hope that makes the kids have fun
Just a cute proud uncle. Why won't this uncle move back? If Drew and Lilly can't make him do it...no one can

The Gloves
So Lilly has started to insist on wearing these gloves when she is around the house. Despite the fact that she can't actually play normally in them, she proceeds to pick up balls, toys, or even food with them on. When the item falls or is dropped, she refers to her "high pitch-only dogs can hear" scream because the item is not doing what she wants. When Todd and I tell her to take off the gloves so everyone in the house will be happier again, my darling daughter usually does not agree with us.

We're baaaaaack! Did you miss us?
Here are just a few pictures of the big trip to Oregon...more to come :)

The headphones helped with the 7 hour drive while watching what else but Baby Einstein(seriously haven't they grown out of these?)

The bike buggy wasn't as successful as mommy and daddy hoped for at first

Are you serious about this thing? This is just mean and not a safety device. Luke is wondering if his parents will make him wear this thing.

Our attempt at being patriotic...Happy Birthday America by the way

Where's Waldo? Can you find the Petersen's at this Fourth of July Parade in Klamath Falls?
